Nous recherchons pour le compte de notre client, un Marketing Manager H/F .
As the Marketing Manager of a Reseller Customer Team and National Accounts (Benelux, France and Italy), you will BE responsible for the marketing direction to drive sell-through.
You will own the marketing multi-year joint business planning with senior level marketers and merchants, identifying mutual business drivers to optimize Omni-channel and innovation strategies in line with long-term company goals and priorities.

You will BE responsible for digital strategies across the breadth of marketing channels to achieve business sales targets.

Operating at a marketing leadership level within the team, you will also ensure shopper focus and insights are built into commercial plans and processes. Working collaboratively with your customer team colleagues across operations, account management and supply chain, you will drive co-ordinated plans and achieve a shared set of KPIs. You will report into the Manager Trade Marketing EMEA.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute marketing initiatives with reseller.
- Understand reseller marketing strategies to find mutually beneficial opportunities.
- Work with internal teams to align reseller strategies with company strategic imperatives.
- Identify business drivers that lead to Omni-channel and innovation strategies.
- Define digital strategies that achieves sell-thru targets.
- Recommend business and shopper insights as part of commercial plans and processes.
- Recommend and owns marketing investment plan to achieve business goals.
- Achieve marketing KPIs that contribute to business targets.
- Report on marketing plan effectiveness and provide recommendations.

You will BE an experienced marketing leader with proven commercial acumen :
- Adept at negotiating and exercising influence at multiple levels.
- A strong analytical orientation supported by data and insights.
- Ability to transfer shopper understanding into effective business plans that deliver results.
- Bottom-line, results-orientated business person.
- In-depth understanding of digital marketing, omnichannel landscape and best practices.
- Comfortable in a matrix and fast-paced agile environment.

Vous devez être titulaire d'un Bac +5 et avoir au moins 4 années d'expérience dans un environnement digital, dynamique, tourné vers l'international.

Déplacements en Europe (20% de l'activité).

Anglais fluent impératif.
